Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in law, public policy, economics, computer science, philosophy, history, or related fields.
- Demonstrated interest in legal technology, AI, or professional services.
- Prior exposure to the legal profession (coursework, firm, legal aid, or clinic).
- AI fluency with the ability to exercise judgment and identify incorrect outputs.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with structured data, templates, and syntax-sensitive configurations.
- Strong writing skills to explain complex concepts simply.
- Data fluency (managing spreadsheets and trackers).
- Technical curiosity regarding software systems, APIs, and integrations.
- Available full-time for the duration of the summer internship.
Responsibilities
- Join client calls and internal discussions to track and act on firm needs.
- Translate firm practices and requests into actionable requirements for developers.
- Design, test, and refine bankruptcy legal workflows.
- Draft internal and client-facing documentation of operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate operational records and trackers.
- Handle confidential firm and client data with high care.
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, paralegals, and firm partners.
