At least 3 years of experience on infrastructure, data, or AI/ML products sold to technical buyers.
Fluency in modern AI and analytics stacks, specifically storage needs for training and inference pipelines.
Track record of working closely with field teams on real revenue and sales enablement.
Proven experience partnering with marketing on compelling narratives and presenting at external events.
Strong analytical instincts and data-driven approach to testing hypotheses.
Ability to write clearly and think rigorously.
Excellent partnership with engineering and experience building trust with technical teams.
Comfort with ownership of pricing and packaging decisions.
Background in storage, analytics, databases, or data infrastructure.
Experience with open-source-adjacent commercial products and GTM motions.
Prior experience at a high-growth infrastructure company.

Develop growth strategy for AI: where we play, who we sell to, how we win, and the sequencing of bets.
Manage the customer and buyer motion by engaging with inference platform teams and data platform leads, joining strategic deals, and running the win/loss loop.
Partner with Marketing on positioning, narrative, and external communication.
Build enablement assets for sales teams and support strategic deals.
Define pricing and packaging strategies for AIStor and MemKV.
Conduct competitive intelligence in the AI training and inference landscape.
Execute Partner GTM for AI to unlock the AI ecosystem.
Influence product direction using customer signal, pipeline data, and competitive insight.
