Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in implementations, project management, or professional services.
- Proven experience managing hardware and software implementation projects.
- Expertise in health-tech or high-tech sector.
- Strong project management skills with track record of meeting budget and deadlines.
- PMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of lean tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure on-time, on-cost delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Act as primary point of contact for implementation engagements.
- Partner with Go-to-Market teams to tailor solutions.
- Drive process improvements using lean tools and value-stream mapping.
