Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience managing 5 to 10 concurrent SaaS implementations
- Proficiency in critical path analysis and risk management
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience guiding clients through onboarding and managing stakeholders
- Technical familiarity with SaaS platforms and one-way system integrations
Responsibilities
- Manage software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) and external clients
- Proactively identify project risks and propose alternative solutions
- Configure client applications using a no-code flow builder
- Conduct quality assurance testing prior to release
- Prepare annotations for MLR/PRC regulatory submissions
- Maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the implementation lifecycle
