Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the RCM team to ensure precise billing, collections, and reconciliation.
- Elevate financial and operational reporting by integrating franchisor system data.
- Build dynamic financial models linked to key operating metrics.
- Establish and maintain strong cash flow reporting and forecasting processes.
- Partner with business owners and operational leaders to align finance with growth strategies.
- Ready the finance function for potential private equity deals.
- Act as a key finance leader through due diligence and exit activities.
