- Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and visual identity systems.
- Deep craft in typography, layout, color, and composition.
- Fluency in Figma including design tokens and component libraries.
- Experience with responsive web design and motion principles.
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
- AI-native mindset and experience with AI tools in workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain Eve's design language ensuring consistency.
- Create component libraries, templates, and guidelines.
- Oversee design for web, product marketing, events, video, print, and environmental experiences.
- Establish design reviews and feedback processes.
- Collaborate with Product Design, Marketing, and leadership.
- Hire, mentor, and develop brand designers.
