Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds.
- 3+ years experience in an in-person outpatient primary care office.
- Must hold an active medical license in a state that participates in the IMLCC.
- Must meet specific state license combinations (e.g., FL, GA, TX, AZ, OK).
- Active IMLCC participation with the ability to quickly toggle on additional member states.
- 2+ years of Telemedicine experience (preferred).
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality primary and urgent care to Oscar members via phone, video, and asynchronous messaging.
- Serve as a supervising physician to other Advanced Practice Providers.
- Provide medical care to a panel of patients (ages 18+).
- Collaborate with MAs, RNs, BH and CM as well as other providers across service lines.
- Provide prescriptive authority for APPs and perform quality assurance.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
