Responsibilities
- Provide regular report status updates to the client.
- Evaluate physician report quality against client and jurisdictional standards.
- Clarify ambiguous report questions with clients.
- Coordinate and execute clarification and addendum requests.
- Participate in client meetings when reports are in question.
- Work directly with physicians to ensure client questions are answered.
- Conduct follow-up with physicians to ensure on-time delivery.
- Review reports for data accuracy, grammar, and formatting.
- Perform final approval on cases for release to the client.
