Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from patients.

- Post guarantor payments and set up payment plans.
- Research and resolve account issues identified by patients.
- Reach out to departments for request resolution.
- Connect patients with financial counseling for charity screening.
- Communicate patient balances and meet department collection goals.
