Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Tech-savvy and confident navigating multiple platforms
- Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
Responsibilities
- Use proprietary and third-party technology to schedule nursing visits
- Manage and resolve approximately 40 Zendesk tickets per shift
- Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift
- Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift
- Coordinate care and scheduling details via phone, email, and text
- Collect and upload documentation for nursing visits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and provide operational feedback
