Requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting Blue Prism in production environments
- Solid understanding of Blue Prism architecture (Application Server, HUB, runtime, database)
- Experience planning and executing Blue Prism upgrades and patching cycles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (queries, connectivity, DBA coordination)
- Working knowledge of Windows Server administration (log analysis, service management, permissions)
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell or similar)
- Experience working in support or managed services environments
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Blue Prism environments (on-prem)
- Diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues across application, runtime, and infrastructure components
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Blue Prism platform upgrades
- Coordinate with database teams to plan and execute SQL Server upgrades and configuration
- Plan and execute failover server configurations
- Maintain and improve existing Dynatrace monitoring for Blue Prism infrastructure
- Act as a trusted technical contact for clients running Blue Prism in production
- Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational knowledge transfer
