Requirements

  • Hands-on experience supporting Blue Prism in production environments
  • Solid understanding of Blue Prism architecture (Application Server, HUB, runtime, database)
  • Experience planning and executing Blue Prism upgrades and patching cycles
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (queries, connectivity, DBA coordination)
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server administration (log analysis, service management, permissions)
  • Basic scripting skills (PowerShell or similar)
  • Experience working in support or managed services environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for Blue Prism environments (on-prem)
  • Diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues across application, runtime, and infrastructure components
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Blue Prism platform upgrades
  • Coordinate with database teams to plan and execute SQL Server upgrades and configuration
  • Plan and execute failover server configurations
  • Maintain and improve existing Dynatrace monitoring for Blue Prism infrastructure
  • Act as a trusted technical contact for clients running Blue Prism in production
  • Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational knowledge transfer
