Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Workable).
- Proficiency with Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proficiency with the Rippling HRIS system.
- Knowledge of employment-related documentation and compliance (I9, W-4, state reporting).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Availability to work during US business hours.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HRIS and employee records (updates, audits, and reporting) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support benefits administration: enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Assist with payroll processes by preparing/validating data and coordinating with providers.
- Manage leave tracking and accommodations (FMLA, disability, etc.).
- Prepare standard HR reports and dashboards (turnover, headcount, diversity).
- Maintain and update People policies and the employee handbook.
- Support HR projects such as process improvements and system implementations.
