Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Workable).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency with the Rippling HRIS system.
  • Knowledge of employment-related documentation and compliance (I9, W-4, state reporting).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Availability to work during US business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain HRIS and employee records (updates, audits, and reporting) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support benefits administration: enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Assist with payroll processes by preparing/validating data and coordinating with providers.
  • Manage leave tracking and accommodations (FMLA, disability, etc.).
  • Prepare standard HR reports and dashboards (turnover, headcount, diversity).
  • Maintain and update People policies and the employee handbook.
  • Support HR projects such as process improvements and system implementations.
