Requirements
- 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Experience at Director level managing product lines end to end.
- Track record of scaling complex platforms or AI products for enterprise buyers.
- Proven ability to lead through influence in fast-moving organizations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with DXP, CMS, MarTech, or AI infrastructure landscapes.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using metrics to iterate and improve performance.
- Bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end GTM for Acquia Source including command center, AI, and CMS.
- Develop and defend core narrative, positioning, and value pillars.
- Lead product launch motions and release cadences.
- Create sales and partner enablement assets including decks, discovery frameworks, and training.
- Define and instrument commercial success metrics (pipeline, win rates, attach rates).
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, marketing, and CS teams.
- Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis and translate findings into GTM strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with demand gen and content teams on pipeline-driving campaigns.
- Partner with finance and product on pricing and packaging.
