Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience at Director level managing product lines end to end.
  • Track record of scaling complex platforms or AI products for enterprise buyers.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence in fast-moving organizations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with DXP, CMS, MarTech, or AI infrastructure landscapes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using metrics to iterate and improve performance.
  • Bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end GTM for Acquia Source including command center, AI, and CMS.
  • Develop and defend core narrative, positioning, and value pillars.
  • Lead product launch motions and release cadences.
  • Create sales and partner enablement assets including decks, discovery frameworks, and training.
  • Define and instrument commercial success metrics (pipeline, win rates, attach rates).
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, marketing, and CS teams.
  • Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis and translate findings into GTM strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with demand gen and content teams on pipeline-driving campaigns.
  • Partner with finance and product on pricing and packaging.
