  • Deep expertise with Meta ads, TikTok ads, and creative testing methodologies
  • Management experience directing editors and designers
  • Analytical and creative thinking capabilities
  • Facebook Ads Manager proficiency
  • Extremely high output and consistent daily execution
  • Strong written communication, especially in creative briefs
  • Ownership mindset
  • Direct response copywriting expertise

Responsibilities

  • Own paid social creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin
  • Manage and direct a team of 5 creatives
  • Write 4 detailed video briefs and 3 static ad briefs per day
  • Provide same-day feedback on all creative output
  • Review performance daily with media buyers
  • Navigate Facebook Ads Manager independently to pull insights
  • Build creative testing frameworks and repeatable processes
  • Write short-form ad copy and scripts
