Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated domain expertise in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), specifically Revenue Growth Management/Optimization (RGM/RGO), trade promotion, and price planning.
- Strong business partnering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in software product quality assurance (optional but preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation (UI and/or API) using frameworks like Playwright or Selenium (preferred).
- Experience with Jira or similar test management tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps pipelines (preferred).
- Experience testing data-heavy or AI-driven applications (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own and enforce functional testing standards across products and releases.
- Plan, execute, and manage functional testing for releases.
- Develop and maintain test artifacts including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Partner with Client Services to support client-facing testing activities, including UAT planning.
- Define and review requirements to identify gaps or ambiguities.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to translate requirements into acceptance criteria.
- Lead test automation initiatives, including UI/API test suites and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Drive defect resolution, triage, and prioritization.
