Requirements
- AI-native workflow experience using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Proven experience shipping hard projects with high autonomy.
- Metric-driven mindset focused on business outcomes.
- Ability to partner horizontally with PMs and Designers.
- Proficiency in writing documentation and architectural design.
- Strong technical judgment for production systems.
- Deep skill in at least one tech stack (e.g., PHP/Laravel or TS/React).
- Experience working within a shared codebase.
Responsibilities
- Define technical approach including architecture, data models, and rollout plans.
- Manage implementation quality through prompts, guardrails, evals, and tests.
- Collaborate daily with PMs and designers on scope and UX decisions.
- Present initiative results 2-4 weeks post-launch.
- Ensure production correctness, security, and observability.
- Develop reusable agent workflows and runbooks for peer use.
- Make and document architectural decisions with fast peer input.
