Requirements
- AI-native experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools for production work.
- Proven experience operating at a lead or staff level in software engineering.
- Outcome-driven mindset with experience measuring success via metrics.
- Strong ability to partner with product managers and designers.
- Capability to make and document technical, architectural, and data-model decisions.
- Deep skill in at least one of the company's tech stacks.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code when required, complementing AI-authored code.
- Customer-centric mindset for a marketplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute technical architecture, data models, and rollout plans.
- Utilize AI coding agents to implement features while ensuring code quality, security, and observability.
- Collaborate daily with PMs and designers on product scope, UX, and tradeoffs.
- Track and own initiative metrics post-launch and share results.
- Create and document reusable agent workflows, evals, and runbooks.
- Maintain a high bar for production readiness and system performance.
