- Ability to create reusable artifacts like workflows and evals.
Responsibilities
- Define technical approach, data models, and integration choices.
- Manage implementation quality through prompts, guardrails, and evals.
- Collaborate daily with Product Managers and designers.
- Own initiative metrics and present post-launch results.
- Write documentation for technical decisions and workflows.
- Ensure production correctness, security, and observability.
