Requirements
- AI-native: Extensive experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent.
- Operating at a lead level: Demonstrated capability to ship hard things and own outcomes.
- Outcome-driven mindset focused on business metrics and product improvements.
- Strong horizontal partnership skills with PMs, Designers, and engineering peers.
- Experience in technical documentation and architectural decision-making.
- Deep skill in at least one of the company's tech stacks.
- Credible production experience working with AI coding agents.
- Customer and pro-minded approach to building marketplace software.
Responsibilities
- Shape problem definitions and define technical approaches including architecture and data models.
- Direct AI coding agents to implement features while maintaining code quality and safety standards.
- Manage the full production lifecycle including rollout, observability, and rollback strategies.
- Partner daily with PMs and designers to influence product decisions and UX.
- Own initiative outcomes and metrics, presenting results post-launch.
- Establish and document agent workflows, evals, and runbooks to act as a force multiplier.
- Write custom code for sensitive areas where hand-written implementation is required.
