Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience navigating discovery, validation, and delivery lifecycles.
- Proficiency in working with large datasets, analytics, or AI-powered products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions under uncertainty.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with sentiment analysis, NLP, or LLMs is a plus.
- Knowledge of MENA markets or Arabic-language products is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Define vision and roadmap for Social Listening, Managed Channels Analytics, and VoC.
- Perform customer discovery to validate problems before delivery.
- Collaborate with AI and Engineering to improve insight accuracy, sentiment quality, and trust.
- Make and communicate difficult prioritization decisions based on data and strategy.
- Monitor product adoption, retention, and churn to ensure business impact.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
