Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced degree desirable.
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification preferred.
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator certification preferred.
- CISSP or CCSP certification preferred.
- ITIL Managing Professional or equivalent certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for strategic and complex customer accounts.
- Develop and own technical success plans aligned to customer business goals.
- Lead customer-facing technical reviews, QBRs, EBRs, and executive briefings.
- Advise customers on governance, platform optimisation, architecture, security, and best practices.
- Lead or oversee the resolution of major incidents and implement resilience improvements.
- Conduct advanced platform reviews, health checks, and risk assessments.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on strategic pursuits, renewals, and solution design.
- Shape managed services delivery frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
- Mentor engineers and consultants in consultative delivery and customer engagement.
