Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support.
- 0-2 years of experience in third-party risk, vendor management, procurement operations, compliance, audit, or business analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end intake of third-party requests.
- Maintain and audit third-party risk assessment records.
- Support annual and ad hoc vendor risk audits.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline intake processes.
- Monitor workflow adoption and escalation trends.
- Support executive reporting on program operations and risk trends.
- Maintain accurate training records across compliance programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for compliance tracking inquiries.
