Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support.
  • 0-2 years of experience in third-party risk, vendor management, procurement operations, compliance, audit, or business analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end intake of third-party requests.
  • Maintain and audit third-party risk assessment records.
  • Support annual and ad hoc vendor risk audits.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline intake processes.
  • Monitor workflow adoption and escalation trends.
  • Support executive reporting on program operations and risk trends.
  • Maintain accurate training records across compliance programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for compliance tracking inquiries.
