Requirements
- 5-8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with React or React Native
- Hands-on experience with NestJS and GraphQL
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Track record of shipping well-scoped, high-quality, maintainable features
- Experience contributing to testing patterns, monitoring, or developer tooling
- Experience using AI tools in the software development lifecycle
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
- Strong ownership and accountability
Responsibilities
- Ship high-quality features that improve patient care
- Build reliable, well-tested software across our apps and backend
- Break down problems, propose thoughtful, well-scoped solutions, and deliver maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and document work
- Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and tech debt
- Contribute to shared infrastructure, cloud architecture, testing patterns, and monitoring
- Support incident response when needed
- Shape scopes, execute with focus, and use data to refine features
