Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building full-stack applications
- Strong frontend expertise, specifically with component-based frameworks like React or Lit
- Solid backend experience and understanding of API design, service boundaries, and system architecture
- Experience with CI/CD and build systems like Buildkite, GitHub Actions, or Drone
- Experience with progressive delivery tools like Argo Workflows/Rollouts/CD or Kayenta
- Familiarity with Temporal, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive work forward
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to lead projects end-to-end
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship high-quality features across the stack, with a focus on creating reusable, maintainable UI components and polished frontends that scale with the platform
- Contribute to backend systems to deliver cohesive, end-to-end product experiences
- Define and enforce clean API boundaries between frontend and backend systems
- Orchestrate complex deployment workflows, progressive rollouts, and automated rollbacks
- Ensure observability into deployment health and performance
- Conduct user interviews and gather feedback to shape an opinionated paved path for releases
- Raise the bar for full-stack engineering through code reviews and mentorship
- Participate in the team's on-call rotation
