Requirements
- 15+ years leading finance teams in hospitality, travel, or real estate
- Expertise with USALI, management agreements, and lease accounting
- Experience managing multi-entity, multi-contract operations
- Deep understanding of property-level P&Ls and owner reporting
- Proficient in NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and BI tools such as Looker
- Skilled at integrating systems and streamlining workflows
- Strong knowledge of high-volume transactional accounting
- Experienced partnering with product or engineering teams
- CPA preferred; Big 4 a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close across corporate entities and 85+ property-level agreements
- Oversee complex accounting including multi-contract structures, revenue recognition, intercompany allocations, and compliance
- Lead external audits and maintain ongoing audit readiness
- Oversee cash reconciliations and manage revenue adjustments
- Implement AI and automation in reconciliation, variance detection, and reporting
- Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash flow planning at property and corporate levels
- Partner on fundraising, debt refinancing, and strategic capital initiatives
- Lead and develop a distributed finance team across the US, Mexico, and the Philippines
