Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture and CRM data migrations.
- Strong focus on Salesforce platforms.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data models (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
- Experience with Informatica Cloud, Informatica MDM, DBAmp, Dataloader, or similar ETL tools.
- Strong SQL skills (joins, window functions, data profiling).
- Proven experience with deduplication and data cleansing at scale.
- Knowledge of MDM frameworks, data stewardship, and governance best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead data migration plans covering core Salesforce entities.
- Develop scalable data migration frameworks that support phased, delta, and full-load approaches.
- Define canonical data models and develop field-level mapping.
- Implement identity resolution strategies and governance controls.
- Conduct data profiling, deduplication, and cleansing.
- Develop and execute ETL processes using tools such as Informatica, DBAmp, or Pentaho.
- Manage iterative data loads into Salesforce environments.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define data requirements.
