5+ years of CRM or data platform industry experience.
Ability to drive requirement gathering and lead discovery workshops.
Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Data 360 as a CDP.
Experience with predictive & generative capabilities (e.g., RAG, Search Index Configuration, Data Ingestion).
Understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation concepts.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and data flows across disparate systems.
Proficiency with flow charting and data-modeling tools such as Lucidchart.
Willingness to learn new technologies.

Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor on customer data strategy and AI.
Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce Data 360 platform expert.
Lead discovery and architecture of customer data strategies, ensuring alignment between business goals, data models, and AI-driven use cases.
Assess existing data ecosystems to define the optimal Data 360 architecture and migration strategy.
Design scalable, secure data architectures, including DLOs, DMOs, and identity resolution strategies.
Build client strategy and roadmaps for quick wins and long-term goals.
Demonstrate Data 360 value across various solution groups.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
Tie outcomes to business value through storytelling.
Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.
