Requirements
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, publication, startup, agency, or industry organization
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to create short-form videos, reels, graphics, clips, and social posts using AI and editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Express, Canva and CapCut
- Experience managing CRMs and project management tools
- Strong English communication skills (C1/C2)
- Strong judgment, professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively in a sensitive industry
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook
- Create short-form content
- Build and maintain CRM databases from followers, prospects, partners, and engaged audiences for marketing and outreach campaigns
- Support email marketing, and direct marketing initiatives connected to social media activity
- Track content performance, audience growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
- Conduct outreach to influencers, media pages, communities, and potential collaboration partners
