- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Sciences or Business Studies
- Two plus years of Orgvue experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong data analysis skills
- Knowledge of statistics modelling
- Client-facing experience
- Established communication skills
- Comfort presenting to customers of all levels
Responsibilities
- Work closely with partners and direct customers to help users get sustained value from the Orgvue platform
- Apply deep platform expertise to review, improve, and optimise customer and partner tenant configurations
- Contribute hands-on configuration changes including Gizmo optimisation
- Explain configuration decisions and trade-offs to users
- Support users with ad-hoc technical queries and diagnose issues
- Maintain understanding of customer use-cases and solution maturity
- Work collaboratively with Customer Success and Account Managers
- Share insights to improve delivery approaches and the Orgvue platform
