Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in commercializing new products.
- Direct experience with datacenters or mission-critical infrastructure strongly desired.
- B.S. Engineering from ABET-accredited University or other technical degree.
- Direct experience developing, demonstrating, and deploying hardware and software technologies.
- Ability to understand and contextualize highly-technical concepts for executive audiences.
- Strong ability to quantify the value of new technologies and prioritize focus.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Detail oriented and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, identify, collect, and track new innovations through industry engagement and research.
- Evaluate new hardware, software, and business model innovations with technical and financial analysis.
- Convene internal and external stakeholder meetings to brainstorm and evaluate ideas.
- Lead new product introduction of innovative technologies.
- Collaborate across multiple business units at SB Energy.
- Prepare and present findings to executive leadership.
- Publish whitepapers and present at conferences to increase industry awareness.
