Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise technical support, field engineering, or a highly technical, customer-facing B2B SaaS role.
  • Strong skills in managing and fixing major enterprise operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
  • Understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Understanding of network setups and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, ICMP, Firewalls).
  • Skilled in PowerShell and Shell scripting (Bash).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity products (EDR, SIEM, or XDR) from an installation/setup standpoint.
  • Ability to break down deployment failures and read complex log files.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Tier 2/Escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Guide and execute software agent deployment and configuration across diverse enterprise environments.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive technical training sessions.
  • Lead communications with key client stakeholders during high-priority technical roadblocks.
  • Author detailed Knowledge Base articles and standard operating procedures.
  • Coach and guide junior support staff.
