Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise technical support, field engineering, or a highly technical, customer-facing B2B SaaS role.
- Strong skills in managing and fixing major enterprise operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding of network setups and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, ICMP, Firewalls).
- Skilled in PowerShell and Shell scripting (Bash).
- Understanding of cybersecurity products (EDR, SIEM, or XDR) from an installation/setup standpoint.
- Ability to break down deployment failures and read complex log files.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Tier 2/Escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Guide and execute software agent deployment and configuration across diverse enterprise environments.
- Design and deliver comprehensive technical training sessions.
- Lead communications with key client stakeholders during high-priority technical roadblocks.
- Author detailed Knowledge Base articles and standard operating procedures.
- Coach and guide junior support staff.
