Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Owner’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and priorities
- Organize and manage the Owner’s inbox, including prioritizing, flagging, and drafting responses
- Arrange and manage all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Gather documents, materials, and information needed for meetings
- Track action items and follow-ups after meetings
- Maintain and manage an active to-do list for the Owner
- Act as a liaison between the Owner and internal/external contacts when needed
