Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution.
- LCSW license in multiple states.
- Experience with CBT, DBT, Solution Focused therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
- Experience treating Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, and PTSD.
- Ability to plan, organize, and work with minimal supervision.
- Access to a private office and dependable internet.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluation and ongoing treatment interventions according to standards of practice.
- Complete appropriate assessment and determine patient's eligibility to use Virtual Reality Headsets.
- Develop a plan for remote monitoring and training.
- Monitor patient performance and adjust training plans based on progress and data analytics.
- Manage follow-up, re-evaluation, and discharge processes.
- Document patient progress according to medical and facility procedures.
- Send progress reports to referring physicians as needed.
