Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level for both speaking and writing)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, technologies, and processes quickly
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with modern digital tools and platforms
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails
- Diagnose and resolve technical and customer-related issues efficiently
- Provide direct customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels
- Manage the full lifecycle of escalated support tickets, from initial assessment through resolution and follow-up
- Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely escalation and resolution of complex issues
