Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of a high-level language such as Python, Java or C#.
- Willingness and desire to work in Python as a primary language.
- Confident and safe use of AI to aid development velocity.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Great interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in energy, commodity trading or financial markets (plus).
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres (plus).
- Experience with time-series data (plus).
- Experience with pandas, polars or other data manipulation libraries (plus).
- Analytical mindset or mathematical background (plus).
Responsibilities
- Develop, test and release new functionality that powers the Granular Energy Platform.
- Solve complex optimisation problems matching green energy consumption and production.
- Implement financial risk management and mitigation logic.
- Define and shape new product features in collaboration with product and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to improving ways of working and team culture.
