Requirements

- At least 2 years focused on international/multilingual SEO.
- Understanding of AEO principles and optimizing for AI-driven search surfaces.
- Experience integrating AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini into workflows.
- Track record of driving organic growth in non-English markets.
- Deep technical SEO fluency.
- Experience managing editorial or content teams across time zones.
- Familiarity with content strategy in regulated industries.
- Proficiency in GSC, Ahrefs, LLM visibility tools, and Looker.
Responsibilities
- Own international organic growth strategy across all priority markets.
- Develop and execute AEO strategy across search platforms.
- Monitor and analyze brand and content appearance across AI-powered search surfaces.
- Manage an international ecosystem of freelancers and agency partners for multilingual content production.
- Develop AI-assisted, human-reviewed content workflows and editorial standards.
- Drive technical SEO strategy, including site architecture, crawlability, and hreflang implementation.
- Manage a content refresh program to maintain rankings and answer engine presence.
- Define and report on KPIs tied to organic traffic and AI citation share.
