Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital content strategy roles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS content marketing and demand generation principles.
  • Proven experience creating content for blogs, websites, landing pages, emails, and digital campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO fundamentals including keyword research, on-page optimization, and competitor analysis.
  • Understanding of AEO, structured content formats, featured snippets, and AI-driven search behavior.
  • Ability to produce original, research-backed, and high-quality content tailored to both users and search engines.
  • Experience working with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple content projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, or Webflow is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech-related industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creation, optimization, and publishing of content across blogs, landing pages, websites, emails, ads, and social media channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize content for SEO best practices, including metadata, structure, internal linking, readability, and on-page elements.
  • Implement AEO strategies by developing FAQ-rich, snippet-optimized, and conversational content for AI and voice search platforms.
  • Improve visibility across search engines, featured snippets, People Also Ask sections, and AI-powered discovery platforms.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, high-quality publishing across channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content initiatives with product, design, and marketing goals.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, CTR, and conversions, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular SEO and content performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with evolving SEO, AEO, and AI search trends to maintain competitive advantage.
