Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in payroll, business analysis, or operational analytics.
- Experience supporting large data sets, compliance, audits, or process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with high-volume and multi-state payroll environments.
- Demonstrated experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation or standardization.
- Proven ability to partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Tax stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex payroll systems and operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Analyze payroll processes, systems, audit findings, ticket trends, and operational data.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, workflows, control documentation, and KPIs.
- Support payroll initiatives and system changes, including UAT and deployment.
- Assist with internal and external audits through documentation and testing.
- Provide backup support for select payroll processing and payroll tax activities.
