Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in payroll, business analysis, or operational analytics.
  • Experience supporting large data sets, compliance, audits, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with high-volume and multi-state payroll environments.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation or standardization.
  • Proven ability to partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Tax stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex payroll systems and operational issues.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze payroll processes, systems, audit findings, ticket trends, and operational data.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, workflows, control documentation, and KPIs.
  • Support payroll initiatives and system changes, including UAT and deployment.
  • Assist with internal and external audits through documentation and testing.
  • Provide backup support for select payroll processing and payroll tax activities.
