Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of experience.
- Deep knowledge of IT contract law, procurement regulations, and industry standards.
- Prior IT contracts and procurement experience.
- Familiarity with contract terms including data security, SaaS/Cloud, Support and Maintenance, and SLAs.
- Strong background in legal principles, contract law, and interpretation of contractual terms and risk.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, including formulas and data analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer complex agreements from proposal stage through close-out, including negotiation, documentation, and reporting.
- Negotiate complex agreement terms in accordance with organizational policy and regulation.
- Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to policy and conformance to master agreements.
- Prepare agreements, amendments, specifications, tests, and progress reports.
- Prepare, deliver, and present spreadsheets with formulas and data analysis.
- Ensure timely processing of department reports and contract deliverables.
- Manage department communications and provide mentorship to junior staff.
