  • Knowledge of transmission (DS1/DS3/SONET), switching (circuit switching/SS7), and TCP/IP
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team and call center environment
  • Willingness to work on-call via cell phone on weekends or holidays

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and emails regarding technical issues
  • Facilitate dispatches for customer trouble resolution
  • Open and close support tickets in internal systems
  • Relay information to Enterprise Field Operations teams
  • Perform quality checks on time logged and ticket notes
  • Work on-call rotation including weekends and holidays
