- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of transmission (DS1/DS3/SONET), switching (circuit switching/SS7), and TCP/IP
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and call center environment
- Willingness to work on-call via cell phone on weekends or holidays
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and emails regarding technical issues
- Facilitate dispatches for customer trouble resolution
- Open and close support tickets in internal systems
- Relay information to Enterprise Field Operations teams
- Perform quality checks on time logged and ticket notes
- Work on-call rotation including weekends and holidays
