- Eight-plus years of experience in a creative environment (agency or brand-side).
- Portfolio of highly crafted, audacious work.
- Experience managing people.
- Deep knowledge of film and photography.
- Understanding of aspect ratios and resolutions.
- Strong project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and timelines.
- Experience with pre- to post-production workflows.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the production process from start to finish for content, campaigns, and photoshoots.
- Define and outline production process, standards, best practices, and timelines from pre- to post-production.
- Strive to develop work that hits the high aesthetic standards of the brand within budget.
- Lead a small team of production people.
- Partner closely with creative, project management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track and manage creative production budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, project scopes, and schedules.
