- 8+ years of experience in a creative agency or brand-side environment.
- Portfolio of highly crafted work.
- Experience managing people.
- Deep knowledge of film, photography, aspect ratios, and resolutions.
- Established network of production houses, directors, animation companies, and editors.
- Strong project management and budgeting skills.
- Ability to maintain high aesthetic standards.
Responsibilities
- Make content, campaigns, and photoshoots from start to finish.
- Define and outline production process, standards, best practices, and timelines.
- Develop work that hits high aesthetic brand standards.
- Lead and manage a small team of production people.
- Partner closely with creative, project management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track and manage creative production budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts.
