- Strong research and data synthesis skills for market intelligence.
- AI-native thinker with experience building or integrating AI capabilities.
- Experience using AI to automate product workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills.
- Proven track record of partnering with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Responsibilities
- Own a product area end-to-end and lead the product management team.
- Set the vision, define key outcomes, and guide partners to build the right products.
- Develop a deep understanding of product security challenges and share this with executive leadership.
- Make clear, defensible calls on product prioritization at a portfolio level.
- Champion the use of AI automation to drive product decisions and streamline workflows.
- Partner with go-to-market leadership on product positioning and narratives.
- Build across software and services to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Hire, coach, and grow high-performing product managers.
