Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout design, typography, and data visualization.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Expert knowledge of Google Suite and Canva.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
- Commitment to shared values of collaboration and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Design and format high-stakes business proposals, RFPs, and internal documents.
- Transform technical public health data and evaluation findings into engaging reports.
- Create professional PowerPoint/Google Slides templates and presentations.
- Develop brand identities including logo creation, color palettes, and typography.
- Ensure all visual deliverables align with ADA accessibility standards.
- Design digital and print marketing collateral.
- Assist with website updates and page creation in WordPress.
