Requirements
- 3–5 years professional experience in graphic design and video production.
- Portfolio demonstrating static design, motion, and video skills.
- Demonstrable fluency with AI creative tools and workflow integration.
- Expert command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Expert command of Figma.
- Working proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Strong typographic, layout, color, and motion fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design across mediums including decks, one-pagers, white-papers, infographics, and social graphics.
- Produce short & long-form video including explainers, animations, motion graphics, and customer-story edits.
- Own sales-enablement creative such as pitch decks and proposal graphics.
- Design and operate AI-assisted production pipelines for image and video generation.
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries and brand-guarded templates.
- Onboard acquired companies into the Fortreum brand system.
- Build scalable design systems and template kits.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams on visual outputs.
