Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of professional design experience in marketing, agency, or corporate environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design, branding, conceptual thinking, and visual storytelling
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and modern design principles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present, justify, and refine design concepts
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of high-quality visual designs across digital, print, web, social media, email, presentations, and branding initiatives
- Translate creative briefs and marketing strategies into innovative visual concepts
- Drive concept development for major creative initiatives while ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product teams, copywriters, and external agencies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prepare final production-ready artwork for both digital and print outputs
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship
