Requirements

  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying, client-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success, or Install Base Sales).
  • Experience within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing renewal and expansion targets.
  • Experience managing five-to-six figure commercial cycles.
  • Strong ability to manage a higher-volume book of business.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong English proficiency (C1+).
  • Proactive, 'CEO of your book' mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Carry a net dollar retention quota.
  • Own the full renewal cycle, identifying and closing expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Drive adoption of Gladly’s AI products.
  • Build and execute efficient account plans.
  • Lead QBRs, renewal discussions, and strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Manage renewal and expansion negotiations.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and CX teams to advocate for the Voice of the Customer.
