Requirements
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying, client-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success, or Install Base Sales).
- Experience within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing renewal and expansion targets.
- Experience managing five-to-six figure commercial cycles.
- Strong ability to manage a higher-volume book of business.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong English proficiency (C1+).
- Proactive, 'CEO of your book' mindset.
Responsibilities
- Carry a net dollar retention quota.
- Own the full renewal cycle, identifying and closing expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
- Drive adoption of Gladly’s AI products.
- Build and execute efficient account plans.
- Lead QBRs, renewal discussions, and strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Manage renewal and expansion negotiations.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and CX teams to advocate for the Voice of the Customer.
