Requirements
- Full-Stack Prototyping: Ability to build frontends, databases, and API integrations independently.
- Agentic AI Mastery: Daily use of AI accelerators like Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
- 0-to-1 Hacking Experience: Proven track record of building apps or side projects from scratch.
- Data Integration Agility: Experience working with disparate datasets and setting up analytics events.
- Workflow Encoding Intuition: Ability to translate complex real-world workflows into digital logic.
- Extreme Ownership and Speed: Ability to work without supervision in ambiguous environments.
- Experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering hire preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration libraries like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vercel AI SDK.
- Experience deploying prototypes using AWS services (ECS/Fargate, S3, Lambda, Bedrock).
- Practical knowledge of integrating diverse enterprise APIs (HRIS, fintech, CLMs).
Responsibilities
- Drive the technical discovery, design, API contracts, and rapid discovery of net-new business concepts.
- Collaborate with PM counterpart to build and launch weekly 'sketchy V0s,' fake-door landing pages, and concierge MVPs.
- Write clean enough code to test a hypothesis, while remaining willing to scrap and rewrite.
- Wire up fast integrations, stitch together APIs, configure authentication, and implement usage tracking.
- Translate emerging primitives—like LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, decentralized protocols, and automation tools—into functional prototypes.
- Participate in user interviews and review behavioral data.
- Help decide whether to Persevere, Pivot, or Kill a concept at the end of each week.
