Solid understanding of system scalability, software architecture, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience working in agile environments and contributing to iterative product development cycles.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed engineering teams.
Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and long-term platform evolution.

Design and evolve core platform frameworks that enable scalable and consistent product development across multiple engineering teams.
Build and enhance APIs, shared libraries, and backend services with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Develop frontend and backend components that support configurability, customization, and seamless user experiences.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
Improve system architecture, identify performance bottlenecks, and drive enhancements across the platform stack.
Contribute to technical design discussions, provide architectural feedback, and influence engineering best practices.
Mentor junior engineers and help strengthen team-wide engineering standards and development practices.
