Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack or backend-focused software engineering roles within scalable production environments.
- Strong experience designing and building APIs, distributed systems, and relational database schemas with performance considerations.
- Proficiency with modern web technologies, ideally including React and backend frameworks such as Ruby on Rails or similar.
- Solid understanding of system scalability, software architecture, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience working in agile environments and contributing to iterative product development cycles.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed engineering teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and long-term platform evolution.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve core platform frameworks that enable scalable and consistent product development across multiple engineering teams.
- Build and enhance APIs, shared libraries, and backend services with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Develop frontend and backend components that support configurability, customization, and seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Improve system architecture, identify performance bottlenecks, and drive enhancements across the platform stack.
- Contribute to technical design discussions, provide architectural feedback, and influence engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and help strengthen team-wide engineering standards and development practices.
