Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology or SaaS environments, including leadership roles managing managers or multi-layered teams
- Proven experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, product specialist, or related technical customer-facing leadership roles
- Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders at multiple organizational levels
- Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, solution architecture, and cross-functional execution in matrixed environments
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong organizational and program management capabilities in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience with cloud technologies, enterprise software, or platform-based solutions preferred
- Ability to drive business outcomes through structured leadership, planning, and execution
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of managers overseeing North America pre-sales platform specialists, ensuring high performance and leadership growth
- Mentor and support leaders in designing and executing innovative, customer-facing technical solutions
- Drive alignment across product, sales, marketing, and engineering stakeholders to support go-to-market execution
- Represent the North America pre-sales organization in executive leadership forums and strategic discussions
- Ensure operational stability, continuity, and performance during periods of growth, transformation, and change
- Define and scale repeatable processes, frameworks, and best practices for pre-sales execution
- Strengthen organizational capabilities and support continuous improvement across teams and functions
